 Booking & Payment Policy

• Free meet & greet required before first booking
• Regular walks/visits are paid 2 weeks in advance
• Holiday pet sitting requires a deposit to secure dates
• Cancellations under 48 hours are charged in full
• Cancellations between 48 hours and 14 days are charged at 50%
• Emergency vet costs are the owner’s responsibility
• Keys are stored securely and coded, not labelled with addresses
